Take a short drive to the countryside to Siler's Sugar Shanty.  We're located just 40 minutes south of Buffalo and one hour from Rochester. Come and enjoy a once in a lifetime experience watching how we take sap from a maple tree and turn it into 100% pure maple syrup. Take a walk through the woods or bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the wide open spaces while you watch some of nature's animals at play.

The Siler family has been making maple syrup for 5 generations at our sugar shanty.  We have a balcony that overlooks one of the few wood fire evaporators that are still used today.
